Yor Elite does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed.

• Orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

• We do not issue refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong item, or no longer want the item.

Preorders

All preorder purchases are also final sale. Please review the estimated processing and arrival timeframe listed with the product before ordering. Delays outside of Yor Elite’s control do not qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.

Shipping

Yor Elite is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact Yor Elite as soon as possible so the concern can be reviewed.
