YOR ELITE PRE-ORDER POLICY 🛍️

Thank you for shopping with YOR ELITE! We appreciate your love and support. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially in stock. By pre-ordering, you are securing your item ahead of its arrival.

PRE-ORDER TIMEFRAME

Pre-orders typically take 3–4 weeks to arrive, but some orders may arrive sooner. Please keep in mind that this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delays may occasionally occur due to suppliers, production, or shipping circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

• Pre-order items are NOT ready to ship immediately.
• Once your pre-order arrives at YOR ELITE, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.
• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
• Shipping time to your address is separate from the 3–4 week pre-order timeframe.

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order. Your payment reserves your item before it becomes available in stock.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All pre-order sales are considered final, except where cancellations or refunds are required by applicable law. Please make sure you are comfortable with the estimated waiting period before purchasing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Pre-order arrival dates are estimates and may change.
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items become available.
• Customers will be notified of significant delays or changes to their orders.
• By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our pre-order policy.

THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING YOR ELITE! 💕

Your patience and support mean everything to us. We can’t wait for you to receive your new items!
